Tamagotchi Connection est un jeu de simulation édité et développé par Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., commercialisé le 10 juillet 2024 sur support Handheld Electronic LCD. Il s'agit d'un relancement de la gamme Tamagotchi Connection réalisé pour célébrer son vingtième anniversaire, après une première ébauche dévoilée le 25 avril 2024 puis une présentation officielle le 13 mai suivant. L'appareil propose un mélange de fonctionnalités issues du Tamagotchi Connection Version 3 et du Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus. Du côté des retours, la presse a salué son côté peu exigeant dans le temps, PGNx Media y voyant un titre parfait pour occuper quelques minutes sans profondeur, tandis que GamePro a relevé la possibilité d'y passer des heures à améliorer ses boutiques, et qu'un joueur sur Metacritic l'a jugé comme le meilleur opus de la série corner shop, tout en précisant qu'il préférerait jouer avec un vrai Tamagotchi et qu'il reste divertissant lors des trajets en bus ou en train.

« The best game in the series corner shop series tho tbh I would much rather play with an actual Tamagotchi.. fun to play on bus and train trips. Tho I will admit that some of the mini games are boring and it's annoying how many time you must play them to upgrade the builds. I wish it told you how many more you have to play them but it does not. you just kind of have to hope that a king, queen or prince comes though the door. the character are always charming, colourful, and well-designed. Both simple and memorable. I really like Gozarutchi, Masktchi and Androtchi. overall i still had fun and will probably pick it up again when going on another long trip. »
