Le titre invite les joueurs à empiler des mots dans un ordre et une position permettant de créer de nouveaux mots à l'horizontale. Certains joueurs interrogés sur Metacritic saluent un jeu « cool », « addictive » et proche de Tetris, tout en notant que les blocs tombant simultanément peuvent être un peu stressants, et apprécient ses graphismes simples.

« This game is fun and simple, although it can be a little nerve-wracking when blocks fall everywhere at once. Very addictive and nice graphics make it an enjoyable way to pass time on my iphone. I used to play this game on the sidekick and was happy to see middlemind port it to the newer phone. Touch input is very clean. A few more levels and I would give it a 10 »
