GameZone 70/100

« If party games are your thing and you love the One Piece series, Pirates' Carnival will satisfy your craving for a multiplayer board game. »

GamesRadar+ 60/100

« Kids probably won't mind much, and they're definitely the target audience here. Pirates' Carnival isn't spectacular in any one sense, but the solid mini-games and well-used license are enough to put it near the top of the distinctly uncompetitive party game genre. »

Worth Playing 60/100

« With more polish and a wider variety of mini-games, One Piece would make an excellent addition to any party. Unfortunately, it falls just too short of its mark to appeal to any but the most die-hard of One Piece fans. »

GameShark 58/100

« If you and your friends are fans of the series, as popular as it is, Pirates Carnival would be a great way to kick back and have a friendly competition with each other. Those who are not familiar with the series or are a little older may not find the premise or even the gameplay itself all that interesting and not quite the party they were expecting. »

TotalPlayStation 55/100

« The board game concept is novel, and perhaps with a few less randomization events, it could have been more engaging, but with AI that's absolutely relentless on the upper settings, mini-games that fail to deliver the basic premise on the first play-through, and a general sense that things were rather slapped together, Pirates' Carnival lacks the kind of fun you'd expect when you put those two words together. »

GameSpot 54/100

« Despite cramming in a respectable amount of licensed material, weak minigames and a plodding pace mean this ship bilges on its anchor. »

GamePro 50/100

« It's wacky and weird and has some funny moments. It's just too bad that the actual gameplay can't seem to keep up with that kind of creativity. »

IGN 45/100

« The gameplay is absolutely textbook in its design, and while a few of the games can be pretty entertaining, the sheer amount of variety is far too small. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Chopperfan 8/10

« Some of it is because of nostalgia but I really like this game, there's stuff to unlock, you can check the cards that you collected, the mini games are pretty fun most of the time with a few exceptions, and it's actually pretty decent for a 4kids one piece game. Though Sanji's voice sounds like he was affected by his smoking that he does in the actual one piece show. And the controls aren't that bad and it's a pretty unique one piece game. »

AgentLvi 8/10

« Great game. The story is decent. The scoring is great, visual is really amazing, the voice & sound is also amazing »
