GamesRadar+ 70/100

« It’s a slick little pick-up-and-play experience, though sadly, it is a short one. The varied Wi-Fi Party mode almost would've made up for NC3's brevity... if it only allowed game sharing. »

Cheat Code Central 70/100

« Sure some of the mechanics are weird, and the graphics aren't as good as they could be, but when you get to be your favorite ninja, that's the biggest plus factor for you, and everything else falls secondary. »

GameZone 66/100

« Gamers with an undeniable need for Naruto gaming action will be amused – if only on the first play-through – by the gameplay this sequel distributes. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a beat-‘em-up with something more substantial than license amusement, you may want to look elsewhere. »

Game Almighty 65/100

« Naruto may be a simple and confusing game, but one thing it’s sure to do is make fans of the license happy. »

IGN 65/100

« The game is a definite step above the previous Ninja Council, but the series still has a long road ahead, as this one suffers from some odd button layout, wonky physics at times, and a few annoying fetch quests or “kill 30 enemies” challenges that just get in the way off good old fashioned ninja battling. »

NintendoWorldReport 65/100

« I really wish the missions were more meaningful, because the roots of a great 2D brawler are here – it just needs more time to mature. »

GameSpot 63/100

« A shallow fighting game with a lame single-player mode but an awesome multiplayer mode. »

Nintendo Power 60/100

« Naruto-holics are better off sticking with the multiplayer Battle Royale if they want to toss the ol' shuriken around. [July 2007, p.97] »

Yojimbo2015 4/10

« Multiplayer 2D platform beat 'em up in the mould of One Piece or Power Stone. Nicely presented, but with little interaction with the environments and simplistic button-bashing gameplay it's woefully inadequate - especially as a single player game. »

« Misiones sin ningún tipo de historia ni desarrollo. Bueno, no estaba del todo mal. »

« Recuerdo poco de este juego pero le guardo bastante cariño. Aun asi creo recordar que jugablemente no era nada del otro mundo. »

Sasukah 7/10

« I feel like this game got toned down just a bit. Naruto Ninja Council 3 is the third installment of the Ninja Council series. And this title, apparently doesn't have a campaign mode. Instead, it fills in that gap with a plethora of missions to dive into. Note that some of these missions are quite repetitive but most of them are fun. The overall gameplay is fun enough to waste hours into. Also the character selection... there is a lot to choose from. As you combine many, many characters into a team up to four, you can constantly switch in and out to combat foes or stage platforms. A great little game to waste your weekend on completing. »

BlatantInnuendo 3/10

« The game is ok enough to play but it really doesn't offer much. The story mode is disappointingly short and not very memorable. The control is clunky and some of the early missions are much harder than the later ones thanks to somethings that are broken like spamming attacks all people on the entire field. the game is playable but barely »

« Well , the big brother games from Council ( that are Clash of Ninja, Revolution) are very cool. But the handheld version really doesn't surprise me at all, for instance, when you finish the game , there aren't more features in it. Just a plain story with unmemorable moments, tho, maybe you get a nice use for the money. But in terms of entertainment, not to much ... just grab the home consoles version. »

TheQuietGamer 7/10

« Naruto: Ninja Council 3 is not as good as the previous entry in the series, but that doesn't mean you should pass this game up, graphically it's not been improved upon since the last game but that's not really a bad thing, the sound is still just ok, controls are good, there isn't a real story mode which is a disappointment, it's just a bunch of mini games with the occasional boss fight in there so it doesn't get stale some of the missions are boring and some are pretty challenging, there is a good amount of characters to choose from and it's fun to see how different they are, all in all i would recommend this to Naruto fans, others might not enjoy as much. »
