Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

XboxAddict 91/100

« The Supercross tracks finally feel like they are in a real stadium. Again, this was absent because of a technological limitation. Thank goodness that barrier has been broken. »

Play Magazine 90/100

« Once the starting gate drops you begin to see why they call it Untamed. [Dec 2007, p.66] »

Gaming Nexus 88/100

« MX vs. ATV: Untamed is a solid performer and offers a broad experience in off-road racing. It's fun in both single- and multi-player and is definitely worth a look if you enjoy getting dirty. »

Planet Xbox 360 81/100

« The single player campaign has enough substance to warrant the full purchase for people itching for an ATV or MX type game and even basic racing fans may find a diamond in the rough in Untamed. A quality multiplayer experience adds to the fun but can become quite boring after a couple races, stick to the stunt modes and mini-games for maximum fun. »

Game Chronicles 81/100

« While Untamed is a solid installment in the series I would have liked to have seen Rainbow step up, not only the visual quality, but also the core gameplay. »

Worth Playing 80/100

« The immense variety in different game modes really helps to keep the game fresh, and the excellent arcade controls mean that when you end up falling behind the pack, smashing into a wall or screwing up a trick, you rarely feel like it is the game's fault, but your own for not hitting the clutch at the right moment, or for holding the stunt too long. »

Game Informer 80/100

« What it may lack in revolutionary features it makes up for on the tracks where speed, skill, and surprises are not in short supply. »

GameSpy 80/100

« MX vs. ATV Untamed isn't the greatest motocross game ever, but it's so much damn fun that you probably won't care. Note to Rainbow, though: fire that janky, poorly rendered blonde you have carrying the sign before races and insert some live-action shots of two beauties in your commercial. You'll sell way more games. »

« the most Underrated or Forgotten game of the series, the customization it´s great, the game gives you free colors to choose for the vehicle parts, you only use the left stick for steering and do stunts like the Older games, theres lot vehicles to choose and the ATVs Feel Heavy and STABLE Unlike on Reflex, the Songs are Great Like guarded, has 2 player splitscreen and Minigames, the AI is ok and Unfair on the Highest Dificulty but is not necesary to play on the Highest Dificulty , My only problems is that the Dpad Doesn`t do anything unlike on previous games, it would be better to also steer with the dpad to steer or do Stunts Precisely, Have less Events than Unleashed, i bought this game Digitally and i´m very Happy and it´s one of my favorite xbox360 games and Weighs like 3 Gigs and has no Paid Content :O »

« This is the best MX Vs Atv game in my opinion. After years of buying the games, I never found a better game than Untamed. The soundtracks are insane, the gameplay is good, the maps are very huge and you can do a lot of things. The couch coop mode is very good too, I had a lot of fun with my best friend when I was young. Im so happy that Xbox put the game for the next game console. Highly recommend the game. +++ The soundtracks + The maps + The co-op mode »

« I bought this game thinking it would be as much mindless fun as MX vs ATV Unleashed was on the PS2. I was very wrong. It may still have the same basic mechanics and vehicles, but the track selection in worse and vehicles seem to handle and drive worse. As far as track selection goes, there are far less track selection than in the PS2 Unleashed release. Career mode is just as basic as they could make it. Maybe its just me, but this game doesn't have the soul that Unleashed had, and for that, I rate it a 2/10. »
