« Monopoly GO! is an excellent game when viewed through the casual, free-to-play lens. But with little gameplay to speak of, no real strategy involved, heavy monetization tactics, and a constant barrage of ads for IAPs, it can't be recommended as anything other than what it is: a well-designed time-waster. »

« This game should be shut down! It’s fun at first but that’s exactly how they **** you in. After a couple days, the freebies and fun start to wear off and it slowly becomes apparent that you can NOT win ANY of the challenges unless you spend lots of real money! If you are considering playing, DONT! If you are currently playing, STOP! It’s NOT worth your time and certainly not worth your real, hard earned money! »
« This game is ridiculous I made a purchase they took the money out of my bank account but they did not give me my dice when I contacted customer support all I got was to run around I even gave them a copy of my receipt and they still refuse to give me my money back all they told me was the review the receipt and get back to me later how are they supposed to get back to me later they don't have a way to contact me and the app does not let me know that there's a message for me I would not recommend this game to anyone I am actually even going to uninstall it myself and I'm done playing it. I'm done getting screwed over by people like this »
« This is the most addictive game with the least payoff I've ever played. There is very little sense of accomplishment, everything seems rigged, and spending large amounts of money is required to progress reasonably. Of course, you can just not worry about any of that and only play with/for what is free, but that makes the game virtually pointless. For me, and anyone else I've talked to. There are plenty of other activities/games to occupy your time that will leave you feeling more accomplished and less broke. Play it, if you enjoy it... I'm just not sure how the average person could. »
« Don’t waste time or money on this game. I found a flaw, pointed it out, and had my progress reduced. Questioning why, I was told it was a routine update. Game is a joke. »
« Scopely has made billions in just 24 months off their game Monopoly Go! No surprise there as you need to pay A LOT to play if you want to advance in events & tournaments. These tournaments have you partner with the ‘friends’ you acquire in the game. Its psychology is brilliantly set up so you’re not just competing for yourself, but also for your ‘friend’/ team member. You gain trust in your Monopoly Go! friends, and you don’t want to disappoint in not doing your fair share of advancing in these special events. The problem is your chances of landing on the right tiles is purposely fixed to a disadvantage which makes it difficult to advance through the game. They entice you to keep playing with a minimal amount of free dice (turns) which reloads every hour. This minuscule amount barely gets you twice around the board, and you end up waiting 58 minutes for the next hour’s free dice- so frustrating! The only way to keep playing is by spending a fortune on dice packages. After sinking more money than you can ever imagine on dice, you still find yourself 4- 5 hours later with no significant advancement. Their customer service falls short of any complaints made with zero resolution. Save A LOT (and I seriously mean thousands of $$$) of your money and time and don’t get **** into this very expensive pay-to-play game! »
« It's going to get a zero because as much as they deny and invalidate the truth about their weighted dice popper it is rigged and they know it. If you look at go rewards this is cemented into their gaslighting excuse that it's no different than a casino slot machine or a random roller at a bank. Well news flash any casino on history is set up to favor the house. Annoying greedy pop-ups every time you open game or run out of dice. The partner events are as good as worthless being you get nowhere near enough dice nor rewards to complete them. Even when you have 2000 dice and put multiplier on ×50 they rip you off worse the higher it is. Their sticker sets are a solid circus act because you can never complete them. Like clockwork you get three or four cards short with a week or two to go. Then here comes their so called "wildcard" deal where they want $45.00 for 1 wild card and some dice. That way the only way you can complete the sticker set is to get extorted out of hundreds if dollars. Another newsflash it's not called winning or a contest if you have to pay to get the reward you scrooge. Absolutely by far the lamest and most mindless game I've ever played. Avoid unless you like being a non stop loser like the inventors are. »
« I hate this game it **** the leaderboard they don't do anything they don't take the morons at a leaderboard so you can actually win something I'm so tired of this game I'm deactivating my account this is **** »
« Beware this game is very predatory. It's worse than any mobile game I have played. Don't get me wrong in the early stages it's fun. Later stages are terrible and the only way to progress is buy a lot in order to do anything at all. It's nothing more than a slot machine designed to take money. I don't see how Hasbro allows customers to get taken like this. I will stay away from anything Hasbro now or Scopely. »
