Knowledge Trainer: Trivia, développé et édité par the binary family GmbH, est sorti le 28 novembre 2019 sur PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 et Xbox Series X|S. Classé dans le genre quiz et trivia, le jeu propose des leçons composées de dix questions réparties dans dix catégories différentes, avec une difficulté adaptative : une bonne réponse fait progresser le joueur vers un niveau supérieur tandis qu'une erreur propose une question plus facile. Le score nommé Knowledge Quotient est recalculé après chaque manche, et jusqu'à quatre joueurs peuvent s'affronter en multijoueur.
Côté accueil, la presse s'est montrée réservée, Gaming Age regrettant l'absence d'autres activités que l'enchaînement répétitif de questions et de réponses par blocs de dix. Certains joueurs sur Metacritic saluent toutefois un bon jeu qui les aide à rester alertes, tout en notant que certaines questions sont très précises, et d'autres estiment qu'il s'agit de l'un des meilleurs jeux de quiz sur Nintendo, appréciant la qualité et le défi des questions ainsi que les textes informatifs associés.

« Unless you just like going question-answer-question-answer (and so on, in blocks of ten questions at a time), there’s really nothing in Knowledge Trainer: Trivia to make it stand out. It’s got a clean, crisp interface, but that just adds to the feeling of blandness more than anything else. There aren’t a tonne of trivia games on the Switch, so I suppose it has that going for it, but it still feels like there are plenty of better options out there on variety of other platforms that are more interesting and more fun. »
