Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

TheGamer 90/100

« Overall, this latest game is unlikely to disappoint fans of the rhythm genre and this series in particular. It has a good selection of songs, the control system is spot on (presumably since the team has spent years refining it), and there are some nice returns with great new features. »

Nintenderos 82/100

« Just Dance 2020 is better than previous games in the franchise and does not disappoint. It offers what fans are looking for: new songs to dance. All of them are accompanied by a wide variety of options and modes that are enjoyed especially in the company of friends and family. However, the fact that our stats and data are recorded also encourages us to challenge ourselves. »

« If you’re looking for a fun party game or just want to improve your dance skills – Just Dance 2020 is a must-own. My kids and I had a ton of fun with Just Dance 2020. If you’re a parent like me looking for a video game solution that gets your kids off their butts and moving, I highly recommend Just Dance 2020. »

« The Just Dance franchise has undergone few life-size changes in recent years. Never change a winning team, Ubisoft must have thought. It remains fun to show your dance moves on newer songs, or to recall nice memories with older ones. Just Dance 2020 is the most complete game to date, but unfortunately, it does not offer innovation. »

GameCritics 75/100

« Overall though, this game was the best $20 I ever spent during the pandemic, and it provided not only hours of enjoyment, but a little exercise when I needed it most. It’s flirty, active, diverse, and the perfect activity for a rainy day. For dancers age 10 or age 60, finding rhythm is delightful with Just Dance 2020. »

Nintendo Life 70/100

« Just Dance 2020 is a celebration of the series’ tenth anniversary in more ways than one, with years’ worth of releases all leading up to a formula that has truly been perfected and a decent new song list to boot. You’ll want to be subscribed to Just Dance Unlimited to get the most out of your purchase, however, and a combination of your needs, budget and access to previous titles makes the decision much more difficult than it should be. Newcomers to the series won’t find a better experience out there, but seasoned players might want to think about saving some cash and sticking with their current setup. »

Jeuxvideo.com 70/100

« While being accessible, scaled for all kind of players and open to mobile phones, this new episode of Just Dance doesn't bring enough new things to completely regain player's interest, especially with this economic model. »

JAKEBAYNE20 10/10

« This game was so much fun I loved it I love how they got the song into the unknown from frozen two which I seen that movie and I really like that song I really enjoyed it a lot »

Honeybadgers 3/10

« This game is a fever dream. And not a fun one. The rhythm aspect can be beaten with spastic flailing. It doesn't cue clear instructions on movements. The dances rarely "vibe" with the songs. The song selection is really weird. Why is a rendition of a Monty Python song in there? Lots of Latino songs. Not enough songs either. Well. I take that back. There are a lot of songs. But they're buying a SUBSCRIPTION. I'd understand if they were expansion packs entirely. But making someone pay monthly is just absolutely cancerous anticonsumer behavior. This game should keep a child under 10 happy for a little while but I just don't like supporting abusive monetization. And it's not fun whatsoever for adults or as a party game. Just skip this. And bring back guitar hero or rock band. »

Adasc2906 8/10

« Better than just dance 2018 or 2019 but barely. The song selection is okay (though it's not very memorable) and the overall experience is meh. »

« What the hell is this, I paid a full price for a thing which has almost no content unless I pay extra dozens of monies? »

CatsNGames 0/10

« Oh, you bought this game for full price? Pay us more money so you can actually play it. There is no content if you don't pay for a subscription; **** garbage. »

Tsunfish 6/10

« Being someone who really doesn't follow whatever songs are popular nowadays, I knew like 5 songs going into this game... mostly the songs written prior to 2010- BUT most of the songs they picked are extremely danceable, and I like how the roster is really multinational. So like the visuals look great, it's fun to dance to, the interface is nice, clean, and bright... Why did I give it such a bad score? Well, have fun swimming through the constant advertisements for their subscription or whatever! I'm pretty sure I have to dismiss 3 messages just to get to the menus, and then you get more ads after every song you dance. Not cool, ubisoft, you just continue to disappoint me and I hate how you own nice IPs. If Just Dance keeps having this many ads, I might just... never buy another one, and I guess that's cool cuz this one is quite good, and hopefully I won't get tired between 2 games. And also yes, what the literal hell is Baby Shark doing here?!? GET IT AWAY FROM ME. Guess you gotta include the kid specific content tho................. »
