Frogger
Frogger est un jeu d'action sorti en 1981, développé par Konami et publié par Sega pour les arcades, avec une distribution en Amérique du Nord assurée par Sega/Gremlin. Le joueur doit guider cinq grenouilles vers leur maison en évitant la circulation sur une route animée, puis en traversant une rivière en sautant sur des troncs flottants, des tortues et des alligators. Dans son adaptation, le joueur contrôle un point clignotant représentant la grenouille et doit franchir des lignes sans toucher les éléments mobiles, un niveau s'achevant après cinq ou dix traversées réussies, certaines versions portant le titre « Frog Across River » avec des lignes et tuiles inversées visuellement. La presse a salué le titre comme l'un des plus grands jeux d'arcade de tous les temps à petit prix, TeamXbox relevant des commandes précises et un retour aux sensations d'époque, tandis que certains joueurs observent qu'il s'agit d'une version arcade au graphisme modernisé, plaisante surtout pour les fans. Le genre du jeu est classé comme arcade et son temps de complétion estimé est de deux heures et demie.
