Forza Street, développé par Electric Square et édité par Xbox Game Studios, est sorti le 28 mai 2018 sur PC (Microsoft Windows), Android et iOS. Ce titre mêle les genres course, simulation, sport et stratégie, et propose d'entrer dans une scène de course de rue pour constituer une collection de voitures emblématiques, allant des muscle cars classiques aux supercars rétro. Les contrôles simplifiés se concentrent sur le timing de l'accélération, du freinage et du boost, avec des caméras d'action rapprochées, et permettent de disputer des courses d'une minute comme de suivre un récit aux multiples issues. Construit sur Unreal Engine 4 et protégé par le DRM du Microsoft Store, le jeu affiche un temps de parcours de 52 heures et demie pour l'histoire principale et de 204 heures pour une complétion intégrale, pour une note agrégée de 59,81.
L'accueil critique s'est révélé mitigé. Gamezebo a souligné que ceux en quête d'une expérience de course pure ne la trouveront pas ici, tout en jugeant les séquences de jeu percutantes et divertissantes. Multiplayer.it a décrit un jeu de drag racing immédiat doté de graphismes soignés et de nombreuses voitures à débloquer, mais au gameplay très simple et rapidement répétitif. Du côté des joueurs sur Metacritic, certains ont apprécié les modèles de voitures et la bande-son tout en regrettant la répétitivité croissante, tandis que d'autres ont rejeté violemment le titre, se réjouissant de son arrêt et contestant son appartenance à la licence Forza.
