Développé et édité par Full Fat Productions, Flick Golf Extreme est un jeu de sport arcade prévu sur Android pour le 19 novembre 2026. Le titre reprend les commandes à la base du gameplay de la série, en les plaçant dans des environnements décalés. La presse a salué cette orientation, comme AppSmile qui évoque les mêmes mécaniques de contrôle efficaces associées à de nouveaux décors « extrêmes », ou AppSpy qui souligne que le jeu assume son côté irréaliste en installant ses parcours dans des lieux adaptés à son univers survolté. Un joueur, cité sur Metacritic, livre pour sa part un commentaire très bref, résumé par « In short ».
