FIFA Street 2, développé par EA Canada et publié par EA Sports BIG, est sorti le 28 février 2006 sur PlayStation 2, Xbox et Nintendo GameCube. Ce jeu de sport propose une approche du football de rue où le joueur prend le contrôle d'équipes nationales à quatre joueurs, l'objectif étant de remporter des matchs en marquant un nombre défini de buts ou de points grâce à des tricks, ou dans une limite de temps. Le mode carrière « Rule the Streets » permet de créer un joueur et de participer à des tournois mondiaux afin de récolter des « Skill Bills » pour acheter des vêtements et améliorer sa notation, jusqu'à devenir capitaine d'une équipe puis international. Des légendes comme Abedi Pele, Eric Cantona et Paul Gascoigne sont déblocables, et le titre intègre une radio animée par Zane Lowe de BBC Radio 1 avec des morceaux de Roots Manuva, Sway, Pendulum, The Editors ou The Subways. La presse a salué son rythme et son aspect ludique, Console Gameworld évoquant un jeu rapide et amusant pour les joueurs occasionnels et Total Video Games soulignant un pied de nez au réalisme purement voué au fun, tandis que certains joueurs sur Metacritic ont loué ses contrôles et animations ou noté qu'il manquait des modes pour un jeu arcade très correct sorti il y a plus de seize ans. L'agrégat de notes du titre s'établit à 62,38.

It has amazing controls plays incredibly well, theanimation are crazy good and if you have someone to play with its 1000 better. fifa and pes games aint that good on the console, so if you want to play an actually good football game and also try something different alone or with some friends, this is the way to go. (Also, camping and the extra modes are also really good) »
