EyeToy: Play 2
EyeToy: Play 2, suite du premier jeu EyeToy: Play, est paru le 16 septembre 2005 sur PlayStation 2. Classé dans les genres arcade, simulation et sport, ce titre s'appuie sur la caméra USB EyeToy pour proposer douze nouveaux mini-jeux. Parmi eux figurent Mr Chef, où il s'agit de préparer des burgers pour des clients, Table Tennis, qui oppose le joueur à un adversaire contrôlé par l'intelligence artificielle, et Goal Attack, plaçant l'utilisateur dans le rôle de gardien de but, aux côtés de nombreuses autres activités. Le logiciel intègre également plus de 75 jeux bonus destinés à explorer les possibilités futures de la technologie EyeToy. L'ensemble a reçu une note agrégée de 70.53.
Sur le plan critique, le Sydney Morning Herald a salué cette suite en écrivant que « The sequel to Australia's favourite game last year will get everyone off the couch. The 12 digital camera games offer more depth, diversity and longevity, with… ». De son côté, l'Official U.S. Playstation Magazine a relevé dans son numéro de septembre 2005 que « The best thing about Play 2 is the fact that almost all 12 games are actually collections of three or more games. ».
