Emergency 5
Emergency 5

« Emergency 5 is troubled by the technical problems, but if you pass through them, the game will reward you with an innovative and addictive gameplay. »
« At the core it's a game full of potential but it will need lots of patches for lots of technical problems. »
« Being an emergency itself, the game suffers from a vast number of bugs, complicated controls and pesky music. Operation sites are often hard to locate and navigation is dreading. The big redeeming quality is a huge variety of mechanics and places of action. »
« It’s a nice change to save people instead of killing them but Emergency 5’s repetitive, buggy gameplay just doesn’t cut it. [02/2015, p.57] »
« The only thing that can’t be rescued in Emergency 5 is the game itself. »
« It can be very entertaining like its predecessors. But while there you could focus on rescuing civilians here the game needs to be rescued and revitalized. Too many bugs and crashes keep the motivation down. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« The fact that the devs have hidden this game from the Steam store just to cover up the negative reviews so EM 2016 would sell better is just ridiculous. -There is a huge FPS problem with this game. -A lot of bugs. -Disabling the collisions is a cheap solution for vehicles getting stuck. -Emergency 4 was a lot better and a lot more fun to play. -It is/was way to expensive, looking at the fact that the game is clearly not optimized. -Its successor, Emergency 2016, is 'exactly' the same. -Some sounds are really bad. +It does look better then EM4. »
« I have been waiting for Emergency 5 since the release of Emergency 4 (2006), after many years of waiting, it was finally there, but the many bugs you encounter while playing are so annoying that it makes the game unplayable, even on a high-end pc like i have. The developers at Sixteen-Tons Entertainment don't do much to make the game better, only two patches have been released since the release (Nov 27th 2015) , its a total joke! »
« Well, where shall I start. The core of the game is fantastic and a must have for Fans of Emergency titles. But there is too much of lag, FPS Drops and stuff like that. They are really proud of their graphics, and of course they are looking really good. But on the other hand with the new technology, there is too much of FPS Drops, like mentioned before. So It didn´t paid off at all to have a new technology, that is more buggy than before. »
