In a world wrought with calamity, can 5 heroes find the courage to atone for their past sins, and forge a new future free from predestined disaster?
Story
Koros is a young man living in the quaint Ari Village located in the far reaches of the Ferngulf Republic. 1000 years after a great calamity nearly destroyed the world, monsters rage across the continent, razing village after village. Various peacekeeping organizations have risen up to defeat the threat of the monsters and keep the villages safe, and Koros aspires to join the best of them, the Ferngulf Holy Knights.
However, things turn south when Koros is forcibly fused with a divine being known as "Kairos", unlocking his dormant draconic powers. To make matters worse, a warlord known as Baron Ozma seeks to reassemble the Ars Solaris, the legendary sword used to slay the fell dragon Archon Adonis long ago, in order to use the sword's power to summon forth the crimson meteor, the same calamity that devastated the world 1000 years ago. On a quest of redemption and with a conspiracy brewing that stretches across the upper and lower domains and time itself, can Koros prevent the prophesied return of the crimson meteor and save the world from it's foretold end?

Chronicles Meteorfall is expected to release in Q4 2026. A free demo comprising of the game's first 3 chapters released on September 13th, 2025, and is still receiving patches and updates. Paid DLC is planned for the game and will be release in 2027.
Progress: Currently, Chapters 1-5 are fully complete. The overworld maps for Chapters 6-12 are complete. The items, weapons, armor, skills, and states are completely done. All enemies for Ch6 and some post-game enemies are complete. Enemies and bosses from Chapters 7-12 are not yet made. The OST is fully complete.

v3.0.7 Released + May State of the Game
Hello everyone! v3.0.7 has now released for Chronicles Meteorfall. Last week I received another round of playtesters and got a lot of good feedback on how to improve the game. v3.0.7 is a pretty major update, fixing a ton of bugs and issues and changing a lot of things in the game overall. Here is a total changelog:Chronicles Meteorfall v3.0.7 ChangelogNew Features-Rebalanced buffs/debuffs completely to be states rather than the RM default in order to make them far more powerful and potent.-Worked on Ch7 on the backend.-Updated Aetheria with new NPCs/content.Changes-New dialogue has been added in Aetheria to account for going there early before Ch6.-A sign has been added outside the Turbo Nerd's house in Aetheria.-Changed dire rat's weaknesses to include smash.-Abraxas' HP has been severely nerfed.-Ultimate weapons for S-Classes now can only be equipped by the appropriate character, not for any character of that S-Class, with some exceptions.-New advice has been added to the annoying cat.-Renamed the Force element to the Nature element.-The "traits" tutorial has been removed.-Changed Love Shot and Love Shot γ to be solely love-elemental instead of being almighty elemental.-Added love element to Butt Bounce, Heel Crush, and Embrace BunBun.-Changed icons for Love Shot, Love Shot γ, Heel Crush, and Embrace BunBun.-Rebalanced the EX Art Gravihand by making it pierce all DEF/RES and no longer have damage slightly randomized.-Changed icon for the EX Art Gravihand.-Changed icon for the EX Art Gorge Blast.-Severely buffed buffs and debuffs. Well, what's next? Well, for next month I am planning on updating the demo again to v3.0.8. This won't be a bugfix/balance change focused update like v3.0.7, but rather it will add a new party member! This member, Magnolia, will join at the beginning of Ch3 and be available all the way until the end of Ch5. This will involve adding many more cutscenes to flesh out Magnolia's character as well as adding a new major area in Ch5, Omnia Academy, which will be available in the full game. This will be done to help better balance press turn by allowing you to have 3 members much earlier, (Early Ch3 instead of 2/3rds through Ch5) as press turn only really works with 3-4 party members.As for development progress elsewhere, Ch6 is pretty much fully done and Ch7 is progressing slow but steady, So far I finished making the enemies, the overworld, the town, the shops, and the NPCs. Next is the Blacksmith shop and after that the dungeon Mt Gara. The main reason I wasn't able to get Ch7 done this month was because of my depression, which struck back this month with a vengence. It was less so a sad depression than a demotivating depression, but now I am back in the swing of things after getting some new meds and I'm ready to give it my all this June to finish Ch7 as well as maybe Ch8 as well.That's everything for now. Chronicles Meteorfall has been updated on Steam, for real!
Hello everyone. After numerous issues when it comes to updating my game on Steam, v3.0.6.5 has finally released on Steam for the Chronicles Meteorfall demo! Sorry this took so long and had a bunch of false alarms when it comes to releases. I'm still getting used to posting my games on Steam and the Steampipe/Steamworks interface. It's a whole lot harder than posting my games to itch and RMN, that's for sure! Here is the total changelog for v3.0.6.5. Hello everyone. Chronicles Meteorfall has now been updated to v3.0.6.4. This has been a long time coming on Steam as I have neglected this version for some time due to my difficulty in understanding Steamworks. But not for any longer. From now on the Steam version will update alongside the versions on itch.io and RMN, and updates will be posted regularly on all three.
