An RTS where you are tasked to investigate sightings of mysterious creatures and battle against hostile forces! Based on the classic Command & Conquer series, the game will feel very familiar, but plays a lot different than your average strategy games.
The core mechanics are very simple! You can build units and buildings and you can give them orders. Your job is to keep them alive as long as possible!
Don't expect to stay in the game for too long, you have to be quick and manage your troops to avoid losing.
Natively supports the SteamDeck! Other controllers are not fully supported yet.
Protect your base at all costs!
Enemy players will constantly try to control the map and remove you from it. Be vigilant and never leave your base undefended!
Watch out for the supernatural!
You are the first responder to handle supernatural events, so don't be surprised when something new appears and be wary, they are usually out to get you!
Find artifacts to help you survive!
Artifacts are collectibles that will give you passive effects. They are the key to your survival in the long run!
This is a small indie RTS game, and our first released project. I hope it gives you a couple hours of fun!

Multiplayer Update ːwinterpenguin2023ːThe long awaited multiplayer update is finally here, sprinkled with some winter content available from december to january! It took a while to implement multiplayer and lot's of things have been rewritten, please report any bugs that you encounter, but hopefully there won't be a lot.New features:Winter biomeFreeze Status Effect, your units can get frozen, their movement speed and fire rate will suffer!Frost Amulet, your units now apply freeze status effect to enemies!Multiplayer through Steam and a fallback LAN option in case Steam is unavailable for some reason (like a pirated copy)LAN uses port 4200 just in case you need it, dont forget to port forwardYou can choose your faction and color as well for multiplayerToggleable events and artifacts for multiplayer, control how random you want the game to be!Please enjoy all our hard work, and share some screenshots of your multiplayer sessions!Thank you all :)GlassTower
Blackwood Division OUT NOW!
It's finally here!!Blackwood Division has reached enough polish to release it. Compared to the demo you will have lots of content to chew through:Perks - By playing the game you can unlock perks, mix and match them to add special effects to a game that will help you during a session a lot!Aliens! - The official enemy faction is now here, battle against new units and building with unique abilities! Gamemodes - you can play as the aliens against the division, or take up a challenge and fight the boss early!Lots of balancing changes - We've had hours of playtesting on all difficulties to make sure that any skill leveled player can enjoy the game, hopefully we've reached an acceptable balance.New projectiles - Explosions, plasma beams, rockets, melee are new/renewed projectiles that give more variety than just the old bullets.Development started on Blackwood Division in april 2025 and it's a small enough project that I was able to finish it this quickly, hopefully all of you will enjoy playing this small rts.That's it, enjoy! :)GlassTower
