Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree, développé par Nintendo EAD Software Development Group No.4 et publié par Nintendo, a été lancé le 26 avril 2007 sur Wii. Ce titre mêle les genres réflexion/puzzle et quiz/trivia.
La suite sur Wii propose trois modes multijoueur pouvant accueillir jusqu’à huit joueurs. Il est aussi possible d’échanger des données d’entraînement avec d’autres joueurs via WiiConnect24 et de compétitionner contre leurs données de sauvegarde. Selon les données fournies, l’histoire principale est complétable en 1½ Hoursh et le jeu affiche une note agrégée de 63.77.
La presse a salué certains aspects du titre. GamePro a ainsi déclaré : « The Wii advantage is that even with just one remote, you can invite a pile of people over to party and have a really good time together. » Cheat Code Central a noté : « It is great to see games with a specific goal in mind succeed, and the funny thing is that Big Brain delivers in a pair, providing a learning experience and a … ». Du côté des joueurs, un avis publié sur Metacritic relève : « Though very brief and more suited for several players than just one, it’s still surprisingly fun. The mini games are decent, and the usage of the wii remote’s … ». Un autre joueur sur Metacritic exprime en revanche des réserves, regrettant « Not enough content in this game to keep you connected to it. Although I do like the stats they show you at the end of each test that shows how well you did. »

« Well ... Where can I start? The game has some good sides and some bad sides. We will start with solo .. It can get really boring and irritating . multiplayer, the test does take to long that you can do and the other people playing get really bored whilst watching. I rated it two because of how boring it can get and they do have a little worm character and it makes the most annoying sound when talking it's hard to skip but it really annoys you. »
