« Animal Genius was likely released as a discount game, probably at book fairs. Or at least that's what I hope. The gameplay consists primarily of a multitude of minigames, quiz questions, seek and find, puzzles, etc. The problem is there isn't much content to be had, and the minigames they offer just aren't that fun. I guess if you were a young child who is super in zoology it may be fun for like an hour, but coming from a kid who was super into it when I was younger, I could see myself getting bored quite quickly. Technically, the game functions, I didn't spot much in the way of technical glitches or poor performance. The graphics are pretty much just 2D pictures, it isn't very stylistic or tasteful. Bland is the best way to put it, but it serves its function. I simply cannot recommend it. »
