WINGS believes that some of the most creative and successful games of tomorrow will be made by teams founded or co/founded by women and gender-marginalized developers. To create those opportunities, WINGS provides project funding up to $500k and business support for teams to self-publish their games, and build sustainable studios. With WINGS developer-first approach, developers get a significant revenue share from the first dollar, own their IP rights, publishing rights and have complete creative and business control. WINGS is the only fund where investment decisions are guided by a selection committee of only women.
