In 1999, Chili Con Valley was conceived as a subsidiary of C2V Productions. They became a specialized division of video game and multimedia development. New games they developed include Valkyrie: The Magical Odyssey, and Vyruz: Destruction of the Untel Empire. The company ceased operations in August 6th, 2006 along with C2V Productions.

Formed in 1991 from the wreckage of Hewson Consultants, 21st Century Entertainment quickly found their niche by publishing Pinball Dreams... the game that introduced the world to DICE. The company quickly became a group, adding a US division and a development studio in the form of Spidersoft to its arsenal. The company closed its doors in 1998, and the rest of the group had ceased to exist by the end of 2000.
